jobs4mac is free to all JobSeekers. Employers are responsible for pay wages, and appropriate local and federal deductions to any JobSeekers hired through this site.
Should you choose to upload personal information, images, or videos to the jobs4mac website you accept full responsibility for allowing that information to be accessed via the internet. While jobs4mac takes all reasonable precautions to protect this information, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or distribution of the material by other members accessing the site.
Access
Employer information is available to the general viewing public. It is not password protected and job seekers are not required to register to www.jobbanks.com to view employer information.
Employer videos are available for viewing by the general public and are protected by jobs4mac copyright and Intellectual Property Rights.
When submitting information for a user account, or posting a video, you agree that all information provided is both current and accurate.
Employers will not be able to view candidate video or profiles unless they are registered on jobs4mac.com.

You agree that all information posted in your profile is accurate, current, and available for all Job Seekers.
You agree that jobs4mac is merely a passive conduit in facilitating communication and employment between employers and job seekers.
You agree to practice only ethical recruitment on jobs4mac.com.
You agree the information posted on this site is not misleading for Job Seekers.
You agree that jobs4mac may use the information, images, and media uploaded by you, at our professional discretion.
You agree that you will exercise professional discretion when viewing candidate profiles, images, and videos.
You agree that you will not steal, alter, destroy, distribute, duplicate, or otherwise compromise the integrity of job seeker profiles, videos, or images.
You will, in no way, abuse the information provided to you by candidate profiles, images, or videos.
Images/Multimedia
You may upload a photograph or multimedia representation of yourself and/or your workplace for your profile. The purpose of this multimedia is so that you may gain recognition from job seekers. You acknowledge that your photographs and videos will be viewed by the general public and jobs4mac cannot guarantee confidentiality with respect to the matter. In posting videos and photographs you guarantee that you are the owner of the material, that the material is accurate and current, and that the images and videos are an accurate representation of yourself and/or your workplace. You agree to allow jobs4mac to use discretion in the professional use of your images and videos. You acknowledge that jobs4mac cannot guarantee confidentiality with respect to the material you upload onto the site.
Security
jobs4mac does take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal material is not duplicated, distributed, altered, or destroyed in any way. We also take steps to ensure that your images and videos are not easily copied and/or transferred. While we do ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the security of your information, we cannot guarantee it and will not be held responsible for any contravention of our security precautions. Upon registration, all employers will agree that all candidate information gained from jobs4mac.com will be used only for ethical recruitment practice. However, jobs4mac does not monitor how information is being used by Job seekers. jobs4mac accepts no responsibility for the misuse of any information that is posted online.
Intellectual Property
All candidate information found on the jobs4mac website is to be considered the intellectual property of jobs4mac. You may not, for any reason, duplicate, distribute, display, or sell any information found on www.jobs4mac.com. Intellectual property extends to include text, graphics, images, videos, information, and copyrights.
Monitoring
jobs4mac is not obligated to monitor the videos and images uploaded onto individual employer or candidate profiles. However, jobs4mac does maintain the right to view and remove any material deemed to be inappropriate. jobs4mac deems material that is vulgar, defamatory, offensive, explicit, or libellous to be inappropriate and will be removed.
jobs4mac acts as a passive conduit for communication between job seekers and potential employers. jobs4mac does not monitor any of the communication that results from information gathered from this platform. jobs4mac requires that both Job Seekers and Employers adhere to the rules of appropriate online conduct during any exchange. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Violating any of the terms or conditions of this agreement;
Providing any false information, personal or otherwise, during the registration process;
Transmitting anything that is known to be harmful to any person or property including, but not limited to viruses, Trojan Horses, or worms;
Distributing any destructive information of activities that are illegal, or could cause any harm to one person, a group of people, or property.
Removing any copyright, trademark, or watermark, of materials that do not belong to you, or attempt to display licensed material as your own.
You will not in any way distribute any material that is not permitted by law or these terms and conditions including, but not limited to pyramid schemes, chain letters or unsettling commercials or advertisements.
In any way distribute any material that may be considered slanderous, defamatory, infringing, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate in any way.
Use information that you gain from the use of our services to stalk, harass, threaten, denigrate, or in any way violate the rights of another person, or group of people.
jobs4mac also does not guarantee that all job seeker videos, images, or information is accurate and current. All job seekers do agree, upon registration, that all information they provide is both accurate and current, however, jobs4mac will not be held responsible for any violation of this agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jobs4mac for any action, liability, loss, or damage, caused by your

Uploading of personal information, images and videos; or
Violation of our Privacy Disclaimer;
Inaccurate postings on behalf of job seekers or employers.
